WOW Great Service!! This is now twice I have called Eluktronics and Travis W has picked the phone up both times. If I could give 6 stars I would! Extremely friendly and very very well informed. Both times the issue I was having was solved by him, I'm not good with computers but he slowly and patiently walked me through what I needed to do, thank you for having great customer service!

These guys are great. Customer support is always top notch. I got my second eluktronics laptop through ebay but Steve from support still helped me out and helped setup my bios update very quickly even if I didn't buy it new. That says a lot about a company and I am now a forever customer of Eluktronics. Their laptops are just beasts for the price; they make all other brands feel like ripoffs. I bought a computer from these guys about 2 years ago (w650kk1) and it's still doing well. I've called them and emailed them a few times and have always gotten a quick, knowledgeable response. (like issues with multiple boot drives and win 10, and potential cpu upgrades). Their prices are competative and their customer support fantastic. I only wish I needed another computer so I could buy it from these guys. Strongly recommend, so much so I searched them out on Google to drop this review, something I normally don't do!
